Ravebeetle Royalty Program Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By enrolling in the Ravebeetle Royalty Program (the “Program”), you agree to the following terms.
Overview
The Ravebeetle Royalty Program is a loyalty program offered by New Blash Cor, Inc. (“Sponsor”) for customers who shop at ravebeetle.com. Participants earn Beetle Points for purchases and eligible activities, which can be redeemed for rewards as outlined below. To join, visit Ravebeetle Account Registration and complete the registration form. New members receive 200 points upon signing up, and points can be earned through eligible purchases and activities.
Eligibility
The Program is open to legal residents of the United States, the District of Columbia, and international customers who meet the legal age requirements of their respective countries. Accounts will be deactivated after 36 consecutive months of inactivity (no points earned through purchases).
Program Duration
The Program is active as of the "Updated" date and will continue until the Sponsor decides to end it. The Sponsor reserves the right to change or cancel the Program at any time. Points may be earned during the Program’s term and must be redeemed within 30 days after the Program ends.
How to Enroll
To participate, create an account at Ravebeetle Registration by providing your first and last name and a valid email address. Each individual is limited to one account.
Earning Points
Beetle Points can be earned through various activities, such as:
- Making purchases
- Completing challenges
- Following Ravebeetle on social media
- Referring friends
All challenge submissions are manually reviewed, and approval may take up to 24 hours (1 business day). Points awarded are subject to change without notice, and Ravebeetle reserves the right to reject submissions that do not meet the guidelines. You can view your point status and available rewards by logging into your account.
Reward Program Challenge/Activity Policy
By participating in the reward program challenge/activity and submitting your photo, you agree to grant New Black Corp / Ravebeetle the rights to use your image for promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, social media platforms, websites, printed materials (such as flyers), and online advertisements.
Your participation constitutes your consent to allow New Black Corp / Ravebeetle to share, post, and edit the submitted photo as needed for promotional campaigns, with no time limit or additional compensation beyond the reward program benefits.
If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from submitting your photo.
Redeeming Points
Beetle Points can be redeemed for vouchers of $5 off, $10 off, $20 off, $30 off, $40 off, $50 off and Free Shipping Code usable on ravebeetle.com. Points cannot be redeemed for cash, and only one voucher may be used per purchase. Vouchers cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.
Refunds and Point Deductions
If an order is refunded, the corresponding Beetle Points will be deducted from your rewards account.
Points Expiration
Points expire if no qualifying purchases are made within 12 months. At the conclusion of the Program, participants have 30 days to redeem any remaining points.
Use of Submitted Content
By participating in activities that require photo or video submissions, you agree to allow Ravebeetle to use the submitted content for promotional purposes, including on social media, email marketing, and commercial advertising.
Program Changes
Ravebeetle reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the Program at any time. Any changes will be posted on the official Program page, and your continued participation signifies acceptance of the updates.
General Terms
- Points are non-transferable, hold no cash value, and may be revoked at Ravebeetle's discretion.
- The Program is for individual participants only—corporations and groups are not eligible.
- Abuse of the Program or violation of these terms may result in the forfeiture of points and participation privileges.
- By enrolling in the Program, you agree to Ravebeetle’s Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and use of your personal information.
Limitation of Liability
Ravebeetle is not responsible for technical errors or issues that may occur during Program participation. The Sponsor is not liable for any damages arising from the Program or its rewards. Any claims must be filed within one year of the incident.
